Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Where We Ship
Rave Diggers HQ ships to the following territories:

Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales).
Exclusions: Please note that we do not ship to the following regions:
Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man.

2. Shipping Methods & Tracking
UK (Mainland) Orders: Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is on its way.

3. Delivery Evidence & "Safeplace" Disputes (UK Only)
We use tracked services to ensure the security of your purchase. A delivery is considered successful once Royal Mail provides a GPS confirmation and/or a photographic record of the package at your property.

Safeplace: Royal Mail may leave a package in a "safe place" (e.g., porch, behind a bin) based on their discretion or your account preferences.

Liability: Once Royal Mail has confirmed delivery to your address via photo or GPS, Rave Diggers HQ cannot be held liable for theft or loss from your property. * Advice: If you do not have a secure area for packages, we strongly recommend using the Royal Mail app to redirect your delivery to a local Post Office for secure collection. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing from the doorstep.

4. Consolidated Shipping & Pre-Orders
Multiple Items: To ensure efficiency and reduce waste, we will usually ship multiple items in one package.

Pre-Orders: Orders containing a "Pre-Order" item will be dispatched in full once that item becomes available. If there is a change to the expected schedule, we will inform you via the email address provided at checkout.
